You should call them again and ask for file transfer they will let you know where your file is or otherwise order GCMS notes and wait for month.
GCMS notes will clarify what's going on with your file.

Is anybody here whose ar in July 2018 and waiting for PPR ?

Go to cic website and search for it and fill the info. If you are inland you don’t have to pay anything? Idk about outlands
