Pre arrival letter: June 10, 2019
Called CIC after the GU and Pre arrival letter and they told me background check and security is complete they are now working on Criminal Checks.

no idea.

saw a ghost update day before it make decision,

then on the morning, i received this email in my spam box... no changes to ircc account but it changed to decision made in my ecas.
