Same, 6 months. People say to get CoPR takes a while, it could be weeks or months.

Did you get your COPR file yet? I contacted my local office and heard nothing for weeks. Then found my COPR email in my spam folder. Nearly a month ago ‍doh.
Just asks for a photo to be set with UCI. Otherwise that's it. It says I'm now a permanent resident.

No they won’t ask for it if you have done your fingerprints in last ten years in Canada.

I have been asked for biometrics for my BOWP application, but IRCC claims I can ignore this request and they will refund biometrics fee when they finished the processing of my in-land application. I have never provided biometrics.

I got a pre-arrival letter in May 2019. I think it doesn't make much sense and doesn't indicate you get PR soon. Not bad, not good, just an automatic e-mail.
