How we gey yesterday i called to ircc and i talk with them they told me ar is September 10 and they said my application is still in process but about temporary file no we have to ask personally to them

Hello guys, I've applied in CEC and PNP categories. On May 31st I got an email to confirm details for PR Portal. I would like to know when should I withdraw my PNP application. would that be after copr? and what would be the process to withdraw it?
