very frustrating ...from last one month they issues the AOR's very little amount..

I called IRCC, they told me background is passed, its only security and eligibility thats not started.
I don't have dependents. Single MPNP applicant

It still shows in process, i guess security check is also included in background and it's not started yet

I didn't do biometrics, my biometrics which I did at the time of my study permit are valid for 10 years

Called them yesterday, they said it has not started yet

Since they have made faster processing to paper based PR applications, you might received your PR quickly. In a groups, May April AR are getting PR nowadays depending on the case.
