I have 1 strange question to ask you. I already got dm on ecas and approval email from visa office outside canada. No gc key approval yet. Im a provincial nominee with employee support. My STRANGE QUESTION is, can my employer call the ircc office in canada to hold my application??

Logically he can E-mail or call Provincial Office since Employer receive E-mail when PNP gets approved but not IRCC.
Anybody else know more, Correct me if I am wrong

Yes you are correct employer can call provincial office to hold pnp but your PR is approved so nothing to worry

Based on this - https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...ce-delivery/coronavirus/pnp-facilitative.html - I would think the ultimate decision on holding an application still lies with the Province, even if your employer contacts your PNP. Could I ask why your employer would ask the government to hold your application? You're still working with them right?

Thats great. My doctor submit it on October 15 so hopefully next week.. keep in touch with all the update.. thanks again..

Yes you are correct employer can call provincial office to hold pnp but your PR is approved so nothing to worry
