I would suggest you yo apply EE , Single Inland pnp based applicant applied July 2018 , still waiting , and alot other also.

I’ll do EE in October, if my security is still not started. By then I would have worked for 2 years and have the points

I am sure IRCC must have put in some thought in extending the timeline by 1 month.
Hopefully there is a plan behind this. And as IRCC says "most" applications will be handled within this revised 19 month timeline.

Called IRCC today,
I did upfront medicals 2 month ago.
All of my dependents has passed, My medical is not attached to my file (Agent said an agent is not assigned to my medicals yet)
Super weird that my spouse and kids are passed and mine is not even on file yet...

Its an inland application SINP paper based application she is bit reluctant to disclose the details dont know why

Had a word with the CIC agent just now she said Criminality is passed and Security is started on the basis of RCMP fingerprint report and not sure about the finalization date and even not sure that we will get to hear anything in that time period
