Because your an outland applicants the ghost updates likely signify the different stages: eligibility,background and security your application is going through. It is a sign that your application is moving along and someone is working on you file, which is likely in the final stage.

But I got medical passed status and I got pre arrival letter at November 19 still I have to wait until next year for ppr ??

Christmas holidays are coming, so a few a processing days will be lost. PPR can take a few weeks to a few months after pre-arrival letter.
As long as your work permit is not about to expire you have nothing to worry about. Just don't change jobs or get fired over the next couple of months because that can further delay your application.

I've seen someone who got his landing interview or whatsoever on november 30, 2019. Based on his profile he is also a April 2019-AOR, that means PPR. So, based on the trend I'm seeing .. hope all of us waiting for PPR get it this month of NOVEMBER too.........

I think ghost updates for Eligibility, rprf and Criminality, may be they are still checking secirity.

I havent got a Ghost Update yet. My profile says they are still reviewing my eligibility but I already got the PAL (which means it passed and they confirmed via phone).

The only update I have in my profile is the medical passed.
