I just got my provincial support letter, i think the offices are working again

I guess the provincial support letter is issued by provincial government. But here we are more worried about the CIO in Nova Scotia.

Just curious if anyone who did upfront will see it in ECAS

Yes, I sent them the medical results that I did for another application, which was still valid for another 10 months. Got an update about 2 weeks later.

May i ask, on your emedical copy that you received from the clinic under upfront medical type is it worker ?

nope, it's for a visitor visa.
That said, I did this in late Feb, and got the update on Mar 13. Not sure how they are handling this amid the pandemic. But since it's just an electronic copy, it shouldn't be that big of a deal for them to update it for you, in my opinion.
