They did not accept that I have studied for two year at a Canadian institute! At that time, every body was rejected! and my mistake was not appealing after rejection. Because I had enough documents to show Lawyer was expensive ...

I received that on Feb 28 ... replied same day, nothing so far...

At that time I was student! now, I applied after graduation. Some years ago, there was a PhD stream that students could apply

Same as mine... Got rejected because the cap was full

No I did not call unfortunately . Every one who applied at that year (2012) was rejected because of similar excuses!!! Now, this may make some delay in my current application. Because I am BGIP from Feb 20! and still waiting ...
Yesterday, I applied to extend my WP! 255$ again... Because I do not know when they will be done with my application ...

This is not a rejection! I have also this experience!! when cap is full, your application was returned not rejected. No worries ..

The scrutiny in place for PhDs is a shame for CIC... They freak out when they encounter us and send our appluapplicto CSIS for extra unnecessary measures...
