You can extend your work permit by applying for a "Bridging open work permit". here is the link for further information. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/permit/extend/permanent.asp

I am not sure but if your wife status change from student permit to work permit, you should also be entitled for one.

how do i send the documents? i mean how do i address them as i didn't receive AOR. any suggestions please

Google it, open CIC case specific inquiry window. Fill the exact details about your application which needed. Then your application related inquiries can see there. There is a last option in second page to upload some documents about application. Use it

Hey guys,

I got my AINP and then sent my PR application to CIC Sydney office on Nov 30, 2016. It was received by the office on Dec 7, 2016. I haven't got AOR yet. Now, I found that Birth certificate copy that I included with the application was a bit blurred which could result in application being returned. My questions are:

Is there anyway I can send them a legible copy of Birth certificate(before AOR)?

If yes, what is the best and quickest way to send(email, mail etc)?

What address/email address should I use for this purpose?

What details do I need to include along with the copy of my document since I don't have application number yet?

Do I need to add a cover letter to explain why I am sending them this document?

Will it fix the problem?

I got SINP nomination. now gathering documents for PR and i am INLAND applicant

Need an advice....Can anyone tell me that my TRV is Expired which was on OLD passport and in my NEW Passport its all blank so do i need to apply for new TRV first before sending application to Sydney??

is advisable to folow the document checklist, dont include any documents that is not requeated on the document checklist

Hello jampk,
You do not have to worry about experience letters anymore. That is not required at the CIC stage, at least initially. All the documents you will require are stated in the checklist, just follow it and you should be fine.
