I have not received any notice or email yet.

My application was signed by the sam guy on October 14th, a week after it came to the facility (October 7th)!

I linked my application to my cic account, so all the notifications about it go directly to my email.

So far, no emails and I do not expect any of them before January.

CIC returned back my 24 June Paper application in Sept. Due to IELTS expired. That time I paid $1400 processing fee, which is not refunded yet. I have done IELTS Again and preparing to send again. Will I have to pay Processing fee again?

Hello you don't need to pay again. attach the receipt of payment with the new application and write a LOE explaing to them.

Can you pls tell us when your IELTS expired before or after reaching to CIC. My IELTS is expired after my application reach to CIC (in a week), so it looks they will reject mine also.

No preference....it will be treated as a new application.

Means I have to wait minimum 100 days. They didn't refund my last $1400 of previous application. I paid again 1400 for the new one. Cause I didn't want to take any risk now.

Yes, you are going to have to wait another 10 days.

The letter you received along with your returned application should tell you how to apply for a refund.
