Got the golden email yesterday (Passport request) 28th Oct 2016.
But I cant find my passport, looked everywhere but couldn't find it.
Please help me out, what should I do now

What was your file location ??? If you know ??? Was it transferred to Winnipeg or ottawa ??

Is there a difference between Winnipeg and Ottawa CPC in the way files are processed?

Mine is at CPC- ottawa now before it was being processed at IRCC WINNIPEG Office.

My file is located in OTTAWA since this April.
People say this is the last location before PPR....However, Dec 23 2016, stilling waiting
CIC asked me to send CV and my research thesis on March 2018 and in the Notes that I requested later shows that they marked 'received PHD thesis' on April 2018, WTH I am not even a PHD! I am just master, so confusing!

i have no idea about that, didnt order notes in last 5 months. didnt get any update etc, never checked my account status.

Aor: Feb 5, 2017
Medical: Jan 2018
CV requested: March 8,2018
PPR: Oct 16, 2018
