Well we will see whether its a glitch or not. Could be a blessing in disguise. I am still having hope. I got BGIP this morning February 27th. My application was submitted on october 31st, 2016.
Medical was done December 27th 2017.

but there was no messages. I did upfront on August 2017.

I gues officers processed quite alot of files without updating side by side in order to reduce time bt during updating at night, they sent it to everyon by mistake as a system glitch. ( whstever works for me to keep my hope lol )
