Nomination: November 18, 2016
Application Filed to CIC: January 3, 2017

Wait for your AOR then try to link the application using your file number.

With your guidance seen in another forum,I successfully linked my application on Jan 16 with my account after several attempts and got account linked email also from CIC but the date submitted shows me the linking date that is Jan 16 but my application delivered to CIC on 30 Dec 2016,how to check my application received date? Please reply....

I don't know if it will affect your application. You need to compare both forms to see what changed and them make a decision.

I think no need to worry, because it was just changed. They will ask new one, if they want. One more option, u can send updated form through Case Specific Inquiry.
