Submitted PNP PR Application: June 25, 2015
Application received at Sydney: June 29, 2015
Received UCI & EP: September 17, 2015

Do I use EP code to access my application on CIC website?
What is next? Medical request? How soon am I expecting it?

You can use either your EP or UCI as long as you select the correct identification type option from the dropdown box. Also you should note that it usually takes 5-6 days after receiving your AOR for the client application status website to start working for you. So if you can't log on, just keep trying each day and eventually you'll get access.

I want to know, is there any changes in e-case when VO sent a medical or received my file from CIO.

I mean i have already 3 lines in e-case is there 4 or 5 lines when the same is done.

Yes, Here is my ECAS showing first to last messages:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on May 7, 2015. (Application Received by CIO)
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on June 23, 2015. (EP AOR)
3. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on July 11, 2015. (File Transfer)
4. We started processing your application on June 23, 2015. (In Process)
5. We sent you medical instructions on August 8, 2015. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. (Medical Request)
6. We sent you correspondence on September 4, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required. (Passport Request)

my ECAS shows decision made September 3, in Ottawa as well hopefully I can be following u

I have the same 3 rows as yours, and also was wondering if my application was transferred :-\

I think that most of us have these 3 lines. My application is still at Sydney as of few days ago (i called the call center to know on it).
Also some VOs update on transfer but some dont. So we dont know till we see the update on ecas or email from vo on file transfer.
