My ECAS has updated to "Decision Made" this morning.
ECAS changed from "In process" to "Decision Made" just after 35 days of my AOR & just16 days after my medical.

I think this fast processing of files has a direct relation to 19 October 2015 election inside Canada because IF government change in October, it is possible all ministers change in the first quarter of 2016 and they should finish all old active files before January/February 2016. Because if new minister of immigration and citizenship start to work, it is possible the whole immigration rules and programs update with new ones.

I am thinking sydney started to issue MR and reminder emails in batches and that too in sequence (applicant received order, at least month-wise) i guess.
Last month Jan received reminder emails for pcc, rprf, scheduleA etc.
This week Feb received MRs.
So thinking that they started to do it in batches now and also in sequence. So possibly another 2-3 months wait for MR i guess, i wish its sooner but not seeing any sign of getting it soon unless March gets their MR next week.
At least if its this kind of predictable pattern means then its good but let us see how it goes in the next 3-4 weeks.
Also i noticed that Jan and Feb applications are in old workflow (their status changes to IP after MR). Just to confirm, we all are in IP since day 1 (like they mentioned in workflow online), right?
I am bit confuse with one thing. I applied for my PNP PR (Inland) application on June 4, 2015. I received my AOR on August 17. After submitting my PR application i renewed my passport. Now i have received my new passport. So should i submit this or should i wait till CIC request me for this.
