We received the medical request and PRPF on August the 6th and my ECAS shows this...

WHAT DOES IT MEAN?!?!?!??!?!
We´ve made medicals on August 7th and paied the fees on August the 8th... DON´T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO?
ECAS system is like a log file. All the messages will be added and remain there until you receive your visa. Your medical result receive and RPRF receive messages will be appear there after a while.

I hard that ECAS does not show RPRF payment receive message? Are you sure Victor? I paid RPRF online on 25.07.2015 and medical on same day, ECAS shows Medical received only.

Because ECAS system changed recently, We don't know how exactly it works and which messages will be appeared there. It is possible that they only show Medical and not RPRF message. But if they made it base on action and transactions then paying RPRF should add one new message because applicant made a new action and they should log it there.
Nobody knows, Just god and themselves know how exactly that brand new system really works! ;D

This is why i get confused if i should do the upfront medicals and rprf ;D.
See there is now a good reason for it to give a try. if they dont have medcials and rprf then they will request me for medicals and then they delay for a month to verify the file again (depending on medical appointment and doctor uploading it) and again rprf request to us and then we send it and total 4 months we delay because of it
