I think CIO is trying to process both Inland and Outland applications in a same time frame and it means when Inland's processing time reach to Outlands then we can see faster EP AOR output for Outlands! ;D
Hi FSWCIO,
Both of our applications reached CIO on same date(28th May). I am also waiting for EP. ...What was your payment mode? Mine DD. So mine will be get delay.....

I am thinking they will issue rest of the EPs tomorrow and day after tomorrow as they already picked one of 28th applications hence very high chance for May 28 applicants. But not sure about 29 . Let us see.

If you don't receive your Medical Request in 2 -3 next days then It could be like this: File Transfer (15 to 21 days), Waiting (1 to 2 months), "In Process" and then "Medical Request" and "RPRF Request" in 2 - 3 days after "In Process"!
VictorPapa I'm also February inland applicant, received EP on June 19, still no MR. Do you think it's because they are transfering file to Ottawa? Are we going to wait for another month or two?

If you see the spreadsheet line 34 and 36. You will find something frightening. Both are Outland applicant & has just a day gap between their application submission. But AOR time exactly one months delay for subject 36.
This is probably CIO mistreated 36 as inland. If some of us mistreated by CIO as inland, our AOR probably would get delayed by 7-10 days now. So unless very unlucky we all should get it soon
Whatever it is,as CIO working more actively on inland applicant. AOR can come anytime now for all inland and Outland May applicants.
I found out in Canadian education system they don't teach children in primary school, what the meaning of LINE and QUEUE is!!!
Because of that always CIO employees have trouble with that meaning and it is normal to work in strange way!!!
Thank you for your interest in Canadian immigration system! :-X :-X :-X :-\ :-\ :-\

Hi,
In some cases for Inland applicants, they send Medical Request right after they send EP AOR (Within 2-3 days) and in many other cases Inland applicants should wait until their files reach to Ottawa visa office and after "In Process" (It can take 1 to 2 months) they will receive Medical Request.
