I have sent my passport for stamping and they received it on april 28th, today its 10th may still return post not active yet!!! why it is taking so long? should i call cic to check out?

Not counting the 28th, I make today only the 8th 'business day' (ie, Monday-Friday) since they received it. I'd wait until Friday of this week - and if you still don't get the tracker activated, then try and chase it up.

I dont think cic call will help. They cant track for ottawa stamping. you need to just wait.
No one knows why it takes time, it may the usual turn around time.

When I applied for visa in November 2015, I was busy tracking it only to check my mail box and find my passport. Please be checking your mail box while you track your package. 8)

hey guys. i finally took the bold step and went to sumas border to flagpole. it was an easy 45 minute process. I officially became a permanent resident yesterday 14th may 2016. To God be the glory
