Any ppl notice a increasing application fee for PNP?? Shocked

Application for Permanent Residence: Guide for Provincial Nominees [IMM EP7000] shows
Processing fee ($1050) and right of permanent residence fee ($490)

Online Payment website shows
Processing fee ($550) and right of permanent residence fee ($490)

I believe for those who have not receive AOR, will need to pay additional money in near future....
