all you need to do is print out the appendix A and fill out the information and send it with your passport or copy of it with two pictures of you taken within 6months one with name and DOB and stamp of the photo studio, backside of the other picture need to be blank. do not forget the unused express envelop for your corp.

I did in October, applied on September 30 2016, still reviewing my medical exam, clinic told me everything is perfectly fine.

Hi Guys i am sept 7th 2017 applicant and Got ppr on feb 13- 2018, As i got married i declared that and they send me a tool kit of spouse docs .i filled and send them on Feb 18th . From that time i didn't got any reply did any one had any idea how much time it takes for spouse medical request and complete process

Can't say how much time as every application is different. But first they add your spouse in your application. Once your spouse will be given a client I.D then normal wait time starts.

I thought they would call my employer to verify as I had closed working permit since jan 2017.
Please do not check your cic account!! my cic account stays the same things even I got the ppr email. like bgip, still processing my file. but i check the online tool, it shows decision made, then my agent to forwarded me the email that was sent on sat night around 7pm alberta time.

Oct, 06, 2016 applicant is still waiting. My colleagues who submitted on Nov and Dec got their ppr last week!
