I am assuming you have added your family in your application. Now if only you got the PPR, you should contact CIC and check why your family didn't receive the PPR. Usually primary applicant receives PPR for everyone.
Then based on that request your family will have to contact VFS-home country while you will send to Ottawa (or NS whichever is mentioned)

I want to extend my work permit .....
Do you have any experience to extend PGWP? (it was valid less than 3 years because of my pass port expiry date) I do not want bridging WP because it has province restriction ... Plz help if you have any information

They dont extend pgwp. You need to get work permit support letter which is closed work permit from provincial and then apply for bridge work permit

They do but just in the cases where you were supposed to get certain duration but was reduced because of your passport expiry date. Just write a letter explaining and attach it to your work permit extension request.

To my knowledge, the extension of PGWP (an open work permit) is the BOWP ( bridge open work permit). Its not a closed work permit (but it can only be applied if your PR application decision is awaited)
