Yup i did upfront medical on nov 7 and passed on nov 12

I did upfront Medical in March last year. Used the automatic service to check the status of my application.
It used to say 'Your medical was passed' but now it changed it 'We will contact you if you need a medical exam'

Check tomorrow if it changes to "Passed" again this means you get med extension
