I think IRCC processing with batch ( Group ) and leave people who need more BG check behind and start with next Batch

What does it all mean here? i know that i my application has been processed at Ottawa and Sydney offices.

When did you get your recent GCMS note.i have received my gcms note in last week and my file transfer location show me at PS ( pre screening).

I don't think my security check should have taken long, I've lived in canada since I was 16,no criminal record. I wonder what causes some applicants delay.
