An email update from Delhi immigration office as Acknowledgment of Receipt and file being created.Finally file got transfered to Delhi. Need to wait further 6 months for Medical request.

I sent my application on mid -July and I gave my credit card details to deduct $1100 for me and my wife. I don't know why it's not deducted till now. It's going to be four months soon.

This type of transaction is very risky. Sometimes, Credit Card companies don't allow International Transactions without permission from their Senior officials, and we can't expect CIC would do this. So, online payment is the best.
