Anyone from Pakistan who got their pr application processed within normal timeframe? I heard pakistani applicants take longer? Is it true? Does it apply to everyone?
Yes, Pakistani applications take longer time to get finalized and the reason of taking time more than 18 months is the security screening. 80% Pakistani applicants are being put into Security Screening. I am in an London Visa Office group of Pakistani applicants, all are still waiting and waiting. So you don't worry about your application, have patience, your turn will surely come!

No, this is a mere assumption that your foreign visits become a causative for your Security Screening. It depends more on the nationalities than an applicant's foreign visits. This is the case at least with me and the applicants i know.
