There is an MR-DE- (16-June) in between two PS-
Does anybody know what is MR-DE ?

I don't know the exact meaning but it's about the Security Screening. May be it's "Public Services" (as an alias), third part agency like CSIS or CBSA..

How can you be so sure that will get PPR on mid December ?

I am not sure as long as we are dealing with CIC. However, based on the experiences that my friends/other applicants had already. it takes at least 23 months to come up from the security check. Hopefully, this wouldn't happen to us and we get PPR sooner.

I think your security should be completed soon. The officer will finalize your application soon.

After that I received email for my medical request

My file was under location: ready for evac-ct for almost 5 months before they email request for medicals for me and my spouse
