i called cic, yes it is DM. But not sure when i will receive ppr. he told me that my processing time is 19 months so i need to wait

Do not worry about ppr , I got dm on 3rd jan still waiting for ppr , its good you got decision made.

Do you have any employment restrictions on your Nomination? Because you can't apply for BOWP if you have employment restrictions.
If not will you tell us which Provence nominated you & when you applied for BOWP & what documents you submitted

from what I have learnt, yours surely is fast . having any news is much better than some of us who haven't heard anything in a while , ain't it?

I, for one , is slowly losing my mind over this process already.
