However, my application date is Jan 26, 2017 and AOR March 15, 2017

Nope. nothing since then...

p.s. ...well only thing I noticed since about Nov 2017 was my background status changed to "not applicable".

It doesn't matter if you are inland coz I received the letter in October even though I'm also an inland applicant
