I need your advice please.
my relative needed a kidney donor and I decided to donate mine.
But I am waiting for Medical Request from cic , FEB 2017 PNP PR SINP APPLICANT,
will it affect my medical/medical result or my application?
Is anyone here experienced the same?

This is just my opinion so don't hesitate to ignore it: I don't think it would negatively affect your MR. People live on one kidney for years without the need for constant visits to the hospital. Currently, do you spend a lot of money (say over $4000 a year) on medical bills related to the kidney donation? I would think not. So, if you're not currently spending a lot of money on an ongoing medical issue, then it's unlikely that your health would pose a huge financial burden to Canada. Just my two cents.
If there's anyone who has had a similar experience, they may be able to give a better answer. All the best!
