Hi guys, I wonder if someone could give me some urgent input.
Relative of mine is a Feb 2017 applicant, paper-based through the work experience stream. Received the medical request last week and we booked an appointment for this upcoming Tuesday. Doctor’s receptionist told me we will need the IME number and if I can’t see it, I should use an updated desktop PC with new adobe reader.
Used 3 different PCs with those specs and in the IMM1017 form all I can see is the date of birth, country of birth and UCI. The name fields and the IME have been left blank.
Could someone who received medical advise if this is normal for this category or if there’s something wrong. Have sent a case-specific enquiry, but probably won’t hear back before the actual appointment.

I’m going back to my country for vacation and my question is this, could someone do medical in his/her country of origin seems I’m a temporary resident in Canada?
