Now u cannot because u hv already file.in process... if u really want to do this u hv to withdraw pnp pr paper n then apply for ee

One of friend tried after AOR... he was getting message" your application already in process"but u can try. Find someone in ee forum to get more infor.

You can apply both. I am applying both and confirmed with both CIC and OINP.
