Hi I am residing in India and applied for TRV on May 5th to the New Delhi visa office. I received medical request on 4th July and finished medical on 7th July. On 11th July the medical center informed me that all the reports they have already uploaded. Could you please let me know how long it would take to get passport after the medical examination?.

You have to wait for 2- 3 more months for next update which is PPR

Any idea about background checks for September 2015.
Have they started it? Is that a long process? My friends said it shows in my Cic as in process for background and within 2 days he got PPR.
It's been a long wait for MR. I assume they must have already done it but waiting to clear July or August applications.

Once they are done with background then they issue MR so as per my knowledge we are done from that part.....

I hope so @luckychamp, however we got MR but it still showing in MYCIC status that background check still "IN PROGRESS :'(
..and I did my medical upfront June 21, (MR was June 30) still showing MYCIC "Medical review in progress"... while ECAS shows nothing about medical yet, not even an update of received medical. NOTHING.
