I'm about to apply my BOWP, just wondering do I need to have LIMA Exempt?? I'm really confuse. Also is your BOWP open or close?

I got all the support documents you have.
currently I'm on an open work permit, and NO restrictions on my Provincial Nomination letter.

For BOWP you do not need an LMIA Exemp. You will likely get an open work permit, but it may have province restriction. You know how to apply online. Don't you?

Yey! We also got an email for medical request. Well, the form was just for me. But the agent said that the other form for my partner will follow next. Since, my partner had his medical last October 2015 when he applied for a work permit while in the Philippines, my agent said its still valid. So we will just send the copy of his emedical.

did you get an upfront medical?

in my case, It took 2days after my medical results submitted.. I got my lab results within the day (blood, urine) and xray results day after. Then submitted right away to CIC..

Hi Jovie, which and where medical clinic did you go on your medical test? I'm in Alberta and planning to do upfront as well. Thank you!
