But my Criminality, Medical and Eligibility are passed except Security which is on not started yet

I am a single Inland PNP candidate. My file was received on 28th October ,2016.
I got my GCMS notes today and if someone can help me understand them.

My Security has not even started yet although my Eligibility, Criminality and Medical was passed in January 2018 so if its means they have stopped working on my file since January 5th 2018?

I can see on my notes:

So this information dates back to 2010? Anyone has any idea what does that mean?

If someone is in the same situation where security has't been started from 4 months?

Either its a glitch or may be your previous info when you applied for visa or anything to CIC in 2010. Applicants of May/June are still waiting. Oct is way too far.

Where it is mentioned. Under security? Hv u applied for canada in 2010 for any visa?

Thats when the secondary office created, it doesn’t have anything to do with your application, it is same as everyone.

You need to look into your file location?
Whether its in ottawa or in transit or still in nova Scotia?
