I have question , I have plans to go to India in mid of December And m waiting for PPR April 2016 applicant , applied for BOWP last month ( m sure I won’t get it by dec as per 90 days processing time ) let suppose I got my passport in early December ..I know I can fly to India on my Indian passport. My question is can I do flag polling while coming back or they won’t let me

Yes you can do flag polling as long as you have visa stamped

You can. One of my friend did. But Make sure status should be same. If you are planned for marriage then from flag polling They can stop you or they can get back ur PR. After that you will get it with your spouse. If status is same when you will come from India then NP. But after getting stamp if status changes you have to inform immigration within 5 days.

Yes I changed my job too. and Updated to both AINP and CIC Office. There is no problem in federal. Even we can sit home and wait for pr.

hi whats your job title? im thinking changing job too im AINP too is there a lot of paper works to submit in ainp office for switching jobs. your reply would be appriciated.thanks

shouldn't be a problem as long as you have an open work permit and keep CIC updated.

If PR visa stamped on passport you have no need for Open work permit. PR visa will be valid for 6 months

I changed my job from Office admin to Account Manager. I gave reason obviously better opportunity... Job offer from new employer and 1 Pay stub only. On one paper write down all your personal and file information for CIC in which you can also explain why you changed job. Upload all three Papers on IRCC web form and send them. For AINP write down AINP confirmation number instead of CIC file info and your personal information, Reason for changing job. For AINP you have to send them by courier or mail.

Hey Guys,
I just received my ATIP notes and realized that I originally submitted a wrong request. My request asked for 'the application, supporting documents and correspondences sent to and/or from IRCC' whereas it should have been 'Electronic Notes of the immigration officer'.

But in what I got from ATIP, I see that immigration officers literally go line by line with a pen or pencil and check you application. Imagine when they have so many of our application. They even have to manually associate our medical to our application. I think that is what delays our process because if you do Express Entry, everything is checked and done by their software. I even figured out the officers name who is working on the application.

Since I added my spouse, my will be delayed even more but I thought I'd just share this info.

In my case I’m still waiting for DM/PPR. And I have open work permit.. my only worries is delaying application more.
