Anyone application received April 6 still waiting for AOR?

If you look at the paper based tracker, you will see that 2 people with application received on April 10 had AORs issued on June 23 but someone whose application was received on April 7 still does not have unless this person has not updated his entry on the tracker.

Hi Guys,

I'm only on my way of preparing and sending application to CIC.
I've received nomination from BC PNP as SKilled immigration skilled worker. I didn't use express entry, so will send documents on paper base now.

Can you please kindly help with form IMM008.
First question under which program I'm applying I should chose "Economic?" and further 2nd question Category should it be Skilled worker or Provincial nominee?
