I have send my pr application under pnp paper based application on 18th September and recd by cic on 23rd September. however later I came to know tht in my application package I have put work permit support letter instead of provincial nominee certificate and I had not got file number yet and my certificate had expired on 5th Nov 19.
Now my querry is
1) if I get my file number for my pnp application after 5 th Nov 19 and there is request for provincial nominee certificate and if I upload the one which is expired on 5th Nov 19 will the CIC will accept that provincial nominee certificate or will they returned my pnp application as incomplete ? I am really tensed...
No worries. They already received your docs. No meed to think too much about your nomination getting expired. I have the same problem before, I just worried for nothing.

Thanks for reply....whether in your case CIC requested for provincial nominee certificate and after you uploaded the certificate they accepted and everything went smooth....

Oh boy! That's the first thing you should have included in your package. You better call the Province that nominated you and ask for the new nomination certificate, tell them the reason why you need new ones...
i'm not sure, if the ircc will accept the expired ones
Hi, I’m a Nova Scotia PNP nominee and going to apply for PR paper based application. As per PNP nominee paper check list they don’t want my educational and work experience related letters, do I need to submit these documents or not
