Remember that you'll have to be living in Canada to apply for the notes!!

If you are living in Canada, then you can choose "Privacy Act" which is FREE of COST, but if you are living outside Canada then you need to select "Access to Information Act" which will cost you $5.00CAD. After you submit the application (online form), it will take a month to receive your GCMS notes! The form is pretty self-explanatory and straight forward but if you have any questions whatsoever, feel free to ask.

Options in Physical File or Notes in electronic file.

If I am applying for the notes does it costs me for time for the file. Does it affect the time line for the file.

Please select "Electronic File" option, so that you will receive a PDF format document via e-mail.
I don't believe that ordering your GCMS notes would affect your processing time, no!
