Apparently they announced that they gonna deliver the commitment to bring the Syrian refugees to canada by the end of this year,
does this imply that applications of ours will be delayed in order to make way for that?

I was thinking the same thing and I think it is going to have a negative impact on timelines for our cases. I hope they hire more people to do that but nobody has promised CIC an increase in budget yet.

IP since Aug 28...
I think it will not come soon in my case... I have read in my notes that the due date of my application is April 2016.

Loosing faith in CIC. Maybe some case officer are too slow.
Some of them process application too fast and DID DM for few applicant in 2-3 weeks. I dont know why some case officer taking too slow.

Now liberal say they will take syrian refugess so that will affect application process as well.
Why they issuing DM to Jan applicant as so many Dec applicant still pending.

hey there, don't worry our Jan applicants are waiting for DM as well... only two JAN applicants got DM and those are rare.
