Hi Druce,
As you probably know My family got nominated last year December by MPNP, my Adult children (2) were to apply for themselves from SA,
they did, on April 9th, the SA visa office was very fast. they received PR this month. meaning in less than 6 months.
I am not sure if that is the case with everyone applying from outside Canada.
In any case, congratulations.
Thanks Bavon, there is another blog I follow, sacanada.org , most people get pr visa within 8 months. I truely hope this is my case as well. Did your children apply through MPNP or what stream did they use?
Hi Druce,
We all got nominated by MPNP but because they are adults dependents, they were given separate certificates and were to apply from Lesotho where they are now.
My wife and my last born son and I are already in Winnipeg.
Yes I am an October applicant. In my case, I don't think notes are warranted just yet as I am ok with how my application is progressing. I am in DM stage. Been in DM since Sept 17th. I will look into contacting my MP if...after 5 weeks, I'm still in DM - I'll take additional action if by Oct 24th, i have yet to receive PPR. I suspect I'll be in the next wave of PPR and i'm hoping the next wave is this week.
