Bcz my understanding is whether you deposit it upfront or not, computer system is generating the next step email and you might be getting the RPRF request anyways, and then you ll be scanning it again and sending again,

If I end up getting the request email and I have to send it again, I'm no worse off than if I'd just waited (aside from the very slight inconvenience of having to repeat something I've already done). But by sending early there's a chance that the computer system might get to the request step and see that I've paid, and then go straight to DM rather than putting me back in the pile for followup.
That's my logic with it anyway. Right now I don't think there's any way of really knowing if it's better or not until some people that have done this start reporting back with their outcomes.
Restoration is when your work permit expires and your extension of work permit got refused. If that happens you need to stop working and reapply for new work permit.
I'm outland (Vienna VO), and after receiving AOR, nothing... figures..
But; we landed 10 days ago on WP, and I've sent address change to CIC on Friday... what are the chances (yeah, yeah I know, slim) for us to MAYBE, just maybe be processed now through Ottawa? ;D

CIC told me that when i called...
I applied for my extension on March 18 and also still no news but the people who applied for PR as Experience Class already getting their extensions up until March 23 i think...

I asked CIC the same question. They said it has to show Medical received before IP or DM. And if you are a couple together applying for PR and it shows Medical Received that doesnt mean both passed the medical. One of them an still received The Fairness Letter...
I have a minor health issue so i understand why they are reviewing our Medicals for so long. Ive been advised that if our Ecas shows Medical Received to wait 1 month or so and ask for the GCMS notes to see if both of us passed or only my husband. So maybe you guys can do the same.
