somehow I think it's obvious now for us who are outland applicants we wont' get MR as soon as you inland guys did...
my application reached CIO on Dec 1st, outland, Vienna VO, no trace of MR.... :/

obviously, the procedure is different once you hv access to see your ecas..its clearly written " in-canada process...." and "out- Canada process..." different procedure.. as i see it on my ecas..out-canada guys will have interview first (if required)and then medical and in-land will have medical first and then interview if required..
But soon you ll get it no worries bruh
Rick,
my understanding is "in- Canada" ..this is applicable to us...bcz we are PNP holders...
the application sent to NS...is for federal skilled worker as well as Canadian experience class...not for us...
if you look at pnp process we dont get emails for PER--positive eligibility review bcz our province did that for us already...by giving us pnp
