Just now I also received the EXACT same email as of 15th april 2015 with the same XEP file#. I am also confused why did they sent the same email twice. Only the SUBJECT of the email is different. It says "Application for Permanent Residence in Canada - Acknowledgement of Receipt"

SO, twice- dnt know BUT they are getting so many calls for this XEP...so subject says :AOR= acknowledgement of receipt- and it means AOR

How many of the December applicants who got an XEP sometime around April 15th have since received their EP number? I'm still waiting for mine, and it looks like the November thread has a lot of people getting theirs but all of us with December applications haven't been done yet.

it seems to me, this week they have sent EP to all november guys, next week is December turn, expect EP and Medical together next week..by Wednesday or tuesday...

hi guys!. @ akkhan... why did they refused your BOWP?..i saw in some thread that they are approving those BOWP.. even if they didnt attached their AOR.. coz they get it after a month..coz by the time cic check the BOWP application... they have AOR in the system already. i submitted my BOWP last march 15 but i just receive my AOR april 13.. i am also worried that they will refused me. my wp expire last 18..

by the time you applied your pnp was valid?

if yes, then no worries if expired, then problem...secondly, i m sure if you have not applied 4 months before the wp expiration then consider it a close wp

good luck and second email is the subject...acknowledgement of receipt which means you got AOR

yes, my wp is expired, bcz they months to process and then refused it when the wp is expired...i dont understand this

the stupid thing is, visa is valid until your wp(

Guys pls help me I received my XEP file number on 15th april again today i received another mail i thought that is with EP number but that is the same mail like previous one means file number with XEP can any one tell me ahwt dose it mean .....pls help me im so tense .......

I'd say let's wait for a week, see if we can check the status online. It says AOR on email subject anyways

I have the exact timeline as yours, and received the exact email on the same dates as yours

I got AOR(XEP#) on April 24th.

Receiving same email twice sounds like systematic error. It should have with EP. Hope fully new email with EP should be received by next week.
