Hey, I found your case and your GCMS file locations are very similar to mine. My application is received on April 27, 2017. So I guess I should also wait for more than 19 months! that sucks. I also went from PS to MR-DE and back to PS.

My 19 months are up as stated earlier. I made a web inquiry and also requested IRCC and CSIS for gcms notes on Sept 10. Also, I talked to a CIC agent. She told me my security started on May 22, 2018 (which my GCMS notes also show) and since then they havent had any other update. So, she told me to be patient and not lose hope. Thats all she said. One Jan 2017 and Dec 2016 got their PPR this month. So I am hoping october brings some good news!
Thanks for the reply. So the May 22 date, is it the date of your first PS Location? or the second? I am asking because my file location is also PS, then MR-DE, and then back to PS. Did you figure out what MR-DE is?

Its just the first location. Also I couldnt figure out what does it mean but someone suggested it sounds related to Medical Request... not sure what DE mean!
I would suggest to wait for GCMS notes and then wait for a month atleast more. people are finally getting good news from Dec 2016 and Jan 2017. May be its your turn soon!
