Outlanders will get some good news in sep onwards as per my understanding, let's see

Outlanders applications are almost paused by IRCC for now...in September they are opening international borders..and FSW draw is also expected around those dates..so they gonna start working on outlanders then..for now they are just focused on inlanders

I would say go for upfront medical as it is valid for a year, It will save you couple weeks.
