Just sharing my timeline.
I am an inland applicant(MPNP) with 2 dependents.

20 9/14 AR
21 5/13 AOR/Bio request
21 5/14 Bio submitted
21 6/23 Medical request
21 6/29 PAL
21 7/15 Got an email from CIC that I don`t need to do a medical exam since they are going to process my application with my previous medical exam info.

This is amazing !!! However, Do you need any documents to prove that you did the previous exam?

No updated since then. Got GCMS notes showing eligibility passed, criminal passed, medical passed, info sharing: in progress, and security not started. Last update was on 6/22 and show that Info Sharing; ready to be assessed File Transfer to: PS Review. Not sure how long it will take.

I'm pretty sure you are exempt of medical exam. I've seen people getting the letter about that.
