 Updated IMM5669 forms (Schedule A Background / Declaration). (Each family member over the age of 18 are required to complete their own copy of this form.
 Proof of employment, income and funds (T-4 statements for the past two years; Employer’s letter confirming employment).

Congratulations bro what ADR they requested and how did u submitted ADR by webform or in gckey portal????

They requestd Schedule A form and i submitted through webform. Then 2 days later got an email says the document is added on my file.
