You can change jobs as long as your nomination certificate without any restrictions on employer. Then go ahead. It won't have any effects to your application.
But if you change jobs and your nomination certificate is with your employer, then it will absolutely affect your application.

Received my AOR today at 4:24 AM. My application received date is November 09, 2020. I got biometrics instructions letter for my wife. My biometrics were exempted as I have done them in 2019. That’s all for now.

When I called Ircc for my temporary file number they told me.

You need to order GCMS notes if you have TFN it means it is already opened and file is in the system waiting for a review from a officer.
